Joseph Oliver Anton Knierzinger (JoaK) is a common theoretical practitioner. His artistic output exists as non-differentiated forms of past, present, future and anachronistic proto-media and -technology. Humour and confusion plays a central role, as well as a FLOSS oriented work flow. He presented works, performances and lectures in exhibitions, festivals and universities in Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Germany, Italy, Catalonia, Croatia, Kugelmugel, Mongolia, Netherlands, Russia, Slovenia and Austria. Currently he is a teacher for art and technology at the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Art(GAFA) and in his bread-and-butter job part of the precariat of the creative-industrial complex. Next to that he is co-founder of "nothing more" an "association to promote art, confusion and commons", co-organiser of the "advanced obstacles" event series and technical advisor of the "A. Tangram Poets". Since 2013 he is hosting a homebrew server for different activities and initiatives. At the moment he works on different alogisms and algorithms in Vienna, Guangzhou and Wartberg.
